This was the best, easiest, most convenient storage solution I’ve ever experienced!

Thank you Thomas and Rocky Hill storage! We were passing through for a few days to see our daughter and we were pulling a 35 foot fifth wheel. I called numerous storage facilities around and they all wanted to charge us a monthly fee prorated. Thomas charged us a next to nothing daily rate and accommodated us on a Sunday. You just don’t find that kind of customer service and just good all around people anymore. You all are first class in our eyes. Keep doing you!! Thanks again! The Jenkins

Im pretty picky about where I store my things (smell, cleanliness, staff, etc.) and this seems to be a great locally owned storage place! The guy who helped us was great, (Thomas?) he got us in quickly on a rainy weekend and everything has been very straight forward and clean!

I have rented from them on 3 different occasions. The owner (I think it’s who I’ve dealt with…older gentleman at the desk) has been courteous, friendly, and cares about his business. He’s fair and honest. Traits much appreciated in today’s business climate. I highly recommend and will always use this storage facility solely based upon this gentleman and the way he handles his business.

Very personable

Hello Knoxville, I want to tell you about an outstanding storage facility in Knoxville. It is Rocky Hill Storage 1409 Wrights Ferry Road, the staff has worked with me since October 2019, through the covid 19 and my departure June 25, 2020. The staff has been awesome in helping me locate storage space for my furniture, books, and lawn equipment. Informative during covid 19, how to keep customers safe by paying on line or mailing in your rent payments. My experience was impeccable.

Quick friendly service. They went out of their way to accommodate our urgent needed for new RV home. Very modern and secure facility in great West Knoxville location
